Strictly speaking, I don’t have a guilty pleasure. I don’t care if people don’t like what I like or if they judge me for liking what I like. I’ve already lived half a lifetime. I won’t waste the other half not binge watching Star Trek, making googly eyes at Spock. And I will keep on eating the tiny white worms that sometimes appear in my favourite fruit, the pommerac.
Don’t hide what brings you joy regardless of how silly you think it is. Even if people ridicule you for it, carry on.
Of course, if what you enjoy harms others mentally or physically, talk to Jesus…or a therapist…and find yourself a new hobby.
